CAWA Bookkeeper
CAWA are seeking highly organised and motivated bookkeeper required to look after and manage the accounts of Calisthenics WA.
Flexible hours per week, with specific due dates for BAS reporting and Payroll. Could suit someone looking for School hours work.
Experience with MYOB, BAS and payroll processing is key skill we need. Need to be able to work autonomously with a can-do attitude, focussed on doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Bookkeeper duties and responsibilities of the job, but not limited to.
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings and posting them to various accounts in MYOB, including job allocation for budgeting purposes.
- Processing payments.
- Conducting banking activities.
- Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.
- Payroll Processing including super.
- Invoicing and collecting outstanding monies.
- Assist Development Officer with acquittals.
- Workers comp collection of annual workers comp declarations
- Assisting Treasurer with Monthly reporting and budgeting.
- Assisting with insurance renewals,
- Producing P&Ls and balance sheets,
- Assisting with the annual audit.
