2026 Interstate Challenge - Backstage Personnel

We are seeking volunteers to support the WA State Teams backstage for the following key events:

As a valued volunteer, you’ll be supported and guided by the CAWA Interstate Challenge Backstage/Prop Co-Ordinator throughout the events.

If you would like to apply, you will need

to have a positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong communication skills, be open, clear, respectful, and supportive to all backstage.
be willing to comply with ACF and CAWA Policies and Codes of Conduct.
to assist all teams backstage with props, curtains, and general stage organisation to ensure performances run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
to purchase and wear the official team uniform
to hold a current Working with Children Check card, or a valid Police Clearance.

It is preferred that you attend all dates. Please advise if you are not available for any of the events.
