This Saturday afternoon (during the 16-Year and 17-Year Solo / Duo Competition) Shania Wood (from Hills District Calisthenics Club) will attempt to add Honours to her Gold Medal. To be able to perform for Honours a Gold Medal mark over 90 was achieved at her Gold Medal exam in 2020.

Shania will present 3 stage performances (Free Exercises, Rod Exercises, and Aesthetic and Dance) that she and her coach Karen Quinn have choreographed together. Each performance is two and a half minutes long and they will be spread over the afternoon. 

We are very fortunate to have Mrs Diane Winterling (from South Australia) return to WA to be our examiner.
